Responsibilities
Lead L3 technical support and enhancements.
Work with Apex, LWC, integrations, and performance tuning.
Handle complex issues across Service workflows and portal components (Experience Cloud).
Customize Field Service and integrate data layers (Data Cloud APIs/events).
Support CI/CD and production fixes.
Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in Salesforce development.
6–9 years of experience in relevant technologies.
Required Skills
Integration Architecture (nice to have).
Preferred Skills
Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (portal/UI).
Proficiency in Apex/LWC and Integration (REST/API).
Field Service and Data Cloud integration experience.
