Key responsibilities:
Operational Leadership – Manage transport operations, safety risk management, and fleet maintenance.
Team & Resource Management – Lead and develop staff, ensuring productive use of key reporting systems and KPIs.
Customer & Business Development – Strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring high service levels and profitability.
Compliance & Safety - Ensure adherence to NHVR policies, fatigue management, and chain of responsibility legislation.
Continuous Improvement – Contribute to business growth and process improvements.

About you:
At least five years’ experience leading a transport operations team.
Experience in transport/logistics management,



ideally with an outsourced logistics provider or a large manufacturing setting.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Knowledge of industrial relations, compliance regulations, and safety management.
Ability to analyse reports, manage profitability, and drive operational improvements.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Intermediate IT proficiency and familiarity with logistics platforms.
