This role will focus on driving reliability improvements across non-production environments and helping move teams away from reactive issue handling.
The person will work across platform and delivery teams to identify recurring instability, prioritise improvements, coordinate fixes, and help establish stronger operational practices across shared environments.
The role is expected to bring robust technical leadership across DevOps, environments, CI/CD, and operational reliability, with a robust focus on making observability actionable through Dynatrace and related tooling.
