This is a hands‑on leadership position, responsible for guiding a small team and driving the design, integration, and optimisation of this structured electrical and software development.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and integration of electrical and distributed control systems for complex energy systems
Develop functional specifications, architecture, and structured engineering documentation to support product development
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small team of electrical and control systems engineers
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, software, and systems engineering
Conduct root cause analysis and implement robust engineering solutions to improve system performance and reliability
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to product innovation
About You
Proven experience in electrical and control systems engineering within power generation, renewables, or industrial process environments
Demonstrated leadership experience, either formally or as a technical lead
Strong understanding of structured engineering design and development practices
Experience with PLCs (IEC 61131 environments), industrial networking, and control system integration
Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, structured cabling, and distributed control systems
Comfortable working across both Windows and Linux operating environments
