As a Systems Accountant, you will act as the vital link between finance and technology, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and performance of financial systems. You’ll play a key role in optimising systems and processes, supporting reporting functions, and driving continuous improvement across the finance setting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance the integrity of financial and ERP systems, ensuring accurate reconciliations across ledgers and modules
Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations in collaboration with IT and external vendors
Develop and deliver accurate financial and management reports, dashboards, and analytics
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues while implementing long-term solutions
Review, document, and improve accounting processes and internal controls




Support the month-end and year-end close processes with system reconciliations and analysis
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency
Provide user training and guidance on financial systems and reporting tools

About You
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA or CPA qualification preferred
3+ years of experience in accounting roles with a focus on financial systems or systems accounting (implementations and/or upgrades)
High-level Pronto experience is a must-have
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to translate financial requirements into system solutions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
