BG&E; is seeking a dynamic and visionary NSW Lead / Technical Director to drive state and national growth, technical excellence, and strategic leadership across our Water Infrastructure portfolio. This role is based in our Sydney office, with influence across Australia.

Responsibilities
As a senior leader, shape the direction of BG&E;'s Water Infrastructure business.
Lead business development efforts, foster client relationships, and guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.
Lead tender bids and negotiate commercial terms.
Act as Project Director on major projects and support financial targets and risk mitigation strategies.
Provide national technical leadership and guidance; promote collaboration, innovation, and a solid client focus.




Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Proven leadership in water infrastructure or related sectors.
Strong technical background.
