Base pay range

A$80,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr

The Opportunity

You’ll manage a well-maintained portfolio with full administration, business development, and team support—freeing you up to build solid relationships and deliver top-tier service from Rye to Safety Beach.

What You’ll Be Working On
Build solid relationships with rental providers, renters, and contractors
Conduct inspections, rent reviews, and manage maintenance
Ensure compliance and keep systems running smoothly
Lead by example and help improve our service delivery and operations

What Experience/Skills You’ll Have
Proven experience in residential property management
Proactive, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
A natural leader
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge or love of the local area
A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
