The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, You Will
Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and face-to-face
Prepare and enter customer orders into internal systems
Collaborate with marketing, warehouse, and sales teams to meet or exceed customer expectations
Coordinate end-to-end logistics,



ensuring compliance with regulations
