The Role
Advise clients on construction and infrastructure disputes across sectors including transport, social infrastructure, renewables, residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Prepare advice, evidence and submissions for adjudications, expert determinations, litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Manage day-to-day conduct of disputes, including working with counsel, technical experts and, where appropriate, supervising junior team members.

About You
You will ideally have developed in construction, infrastructure or litigation,



with experience in project delivery, back‑end construction or complex disputes.
You bring solid analytical, drafting and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality client outcomes.
You are a collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring others, building technical expertise and developing long‑term client relationships.
Work alongside recognised construction specialists on major projects for government, developers, multinational engineering companies and leading contractors.
