We are Eil Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, servers, networks, and data centre technologies. Headquartered in Adelaide, Australia, we have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA regions.
We are looking for experienced IT engineers to support onsite service requirements in Adelaide.
Responsibilities
Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Set up and troubleshoot audio/video conference rooms.
Perform operating system installations and re-imaging activities.
Assist with network troubleshooting, including LAN and WAN environments.
Support and configure routers, switches, and related network infrastructure.
Respond promptly to technical issues and service requests.
Document support activities and resolutions in accordance with company procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Experience as an IT support engineer.
Proficiency in desktop and server troubleshooting.
Experience with audio/video conference settings.
Knowledge of operating system installations and re-imaging.
Experience with LAN and WAN troubleshooting.
Familiarity with routers, switches, and network infrastructure.
Solid communication skills in Business English.
Proficient in local language (if applicable).
Employment Details
Mode: Dispatch – On call ticket based, Freelance, Part time, Casual basis.
SLA: SBD or NBD support or whenever required.
