Responsibilities
Empower and motivate a small team of Employment Consultants to achieve the best outcomes for job seekers with a disability.
Provide regular training, mentoring and support to help the team hit their KPIs.
Lead by example, engaging directly with job seekers to deliver tailored employment services.

Capabilities & Experience
Experience in Employment Services or demonstrable transferable skills.
People‑leadership exposure and/or understanding.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Capability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.
Proven experience in a high‑performance driven setting.
Ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
Eligibility to meet legislative requirements for clearance to work in the Employment Services programs.

Current driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check.
Ability to secure a Working with Children Safely Card.
