Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Work Pack and Completions Coordinator to join our PNG Operations team, based in the Brisbane office. This is a fixed-term prospect with international travel required.

What you will bring

Extensive operational, construction or maintenance experience within the resources industry.

Extensive experience in the compilation and management of construction work packages

Experience in managing project completions and assisting in systemisation of work packages as well as project handover.

Trade background preferred

Previous experience in the use of digital work packaging and completion tools

Confident user of the MS Office Suite.

Strong technical writing skills.

Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proactive approach to quality management and reporting.

Commitment to maintaining a protected and compliant working setting.
