About the Prospect

In this hands on role, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of Anglicare NT's Work Health & Safety Management System. You will provide practical advice, coaching and support to leaders and employees,



helping to ensure protected work practices, effective risk management and legislative compliance.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing WHS advice and operational support across multiple programs and locations
Coordinating workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments
Supporting incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
Managing workers' compensation and return-to-work processes
Delivering WHS training, inductions and awareness initiatives
Maintaining and reporting on WHS data and systems, including incident management platforms
Monitoring compliance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Preparing WHS reports and insights for leadership and governance committees.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum requirement)
