The Chance

We are looking to appoint an experienced Installation / Site Supervisor to oversee daily install operations in our ACT territory.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our installation teamsProvide hands-on support, training and guidance to the teamDemonstrating best practices and troubleshooting any issues that ariseMonitor productivity and quality, identifying areas for improvementLead the continual development of Safety Culture across the area of responsibility

About You

Previous experience in construction,



manufacturing or similar environmentCert IV in Building & Construction & current licence holder (MUST)Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of product installationWHS exposure with a focus on Zero Harm at all times and at all costsExcellent communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport
