.NET Developer / Team Lead – Cloud (Azure)
We’re working with a growing organisation looking for an experienced .NET Developer with Cloud experience to step into a Team Lead role. This is a hands‑on position combining strong technical delivery with people leadership.
About the role
Lead and mentor a team of developers while remaining hands‑on
Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using .NET (C#)
Drive cloud‑based solutions, primarily within Azure
Work closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders
Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, and best practices
What we’re looking for
Solid commercial experience with .NET / C#
Proven experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
Prior experience as a Team Lead or senior developer mentoring others
Solid understanding of modern development practices (CI/CD, DevOps, Agile)
Solid communication and leadership skills
