As the Warehouse Supervisor at Grosvenor Mine, you will report directly to the Warehouse Superintendent and be accountable for assisting with the implementation and delivery of the site commercial plans. Through effective leadership and coaching of the Supply Officers, you will ensure optimal stock availability to site stakeholders is managed and monitored in accordance with the Supply Chain plan as well as business policy and procedures. In addition, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of warehouse operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience leading a team of supply personnel to deliver against set targets.
S1, S2, S3, and G2 qualifications essential.
A robust track record of proactive safety management.
Demonstrated commitment to ensuring continuous improvement within the Warehouse.
Previous experience within mining, as well as an understanding of the equipment associated with coal mining, will be viewed favorably.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to lead, develop talent and influence others.
Stakeholder management skills with an ability to engage and influence others.
Previous experience with SAP systems will be beneficial.
