About Us:

Join our dynamic team at Sienna, a well-established nail polish brand of 12 years based in Billinudgel. We are seeking a versatile Warehouse Assistant to play a vital role in maintaining the operations of our small business for the long term.

This position is starting end of AUG - early SEPT, is Casual, with work days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with working hours from 8 am to 4 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Duties: Efficiently pick and pack orders, ensuring accurate and timely shipment of products. This task is the majority of the role.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communication. Resolve issues and assist customers with inquiries. This includes both retail and wholesale customers.
Production Assembly: Assist in the exact assembly of our eco-conscious products, ensuring quality and efficiency.
General Office Tasks: Support the Office Manager and Directors with general administrative duties as required, helping maintain an efficiently operating workplace.

Requirements:
Previous experience in warehouse operations, customer service,



and production assembly.
Valid driver's license and comfortable driving company cars.
Physical fitness is crucial, with the ability to lift and carry heavy packages and perform assembly tasks. You must be energetic!
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills and a natural customer-oriented mindset.
