Ability Advocates Australia is partnering with Inner West Council to recruit Administration Trainees within Customer Service, Records or Governance teams as part of the Inclusive Traineeship Program 2026 .
This is a paid traineeship for people with disability who would like to build confidence in communication focused office roles, with structured support.

About This Role – Customer & Governance Services
These roles involve interaction with customers or internal stakeholders , supported by:
Transparent scripts and procedures
Team supervision
The setting may be busy at times but is well structured.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the team, you may:
Respond to enquiries (phone, email or in person)
Manage documents and records
Track requests and correspondence
Update systems accurately
Escalate complex matters appropriately
This Role May Suit You If You:
Like helping people or problem solving
Want to build communication confidence
Are comfortable learning scripted responses
Prefer having explicit guidance and support
