Full time Chef – Roji Cat Beer Bar (Miami, Gold Coast)

Roji Cat Beer Bar is a Japanese-inspired craft brewery and restaurant located in Miami on the Gold Coast. We focus on quality food, great beer, and a relaxed, high-energy environment.

We are looking for a full time chef to join our team.

About the Role:
You’ll be working in a quick-paced kitchen preparing Japanese-inspired dishes to a high standard. This role suits someone who is confident on the tools, organised, and takes pride in their prep and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Food preparation and service across all sections
Strong knife skills and efficient prep work
Maintaining consistency and quality of dishes
Working cleanly and efficiently during service
Stock control and minimising waste
Following food safety and hygiene standards




Supporting the team and contributing to a positive kitchen culture

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
Solid knife skills and prep experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Good communication skills
Passion for food (Japanese experience a bonus, but not essential)
