About the Role

You will play a key part in supporting daily transport, freight, and inventory operations while acting as a central communication point between internal teams and external logistics partners. Accuracy, organisation, and proactive follow‑up are essential to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

Transport Coordination & Reporting
Maintain the daily road transport manifest
Track and follow up on delivery status for all consignments
Act as the main liaison between Customer Service, Procurement, Warehouse, and carriers
Process and reconcile weekly invoices from transport providers, 3PL partners, and international carriers




Plan and book sea and air freight to meet delivery timelines
Prepare and issue export documentation
Manage delivery dockets for intercompany export consignments

Import/Export Coordination
File import documents and liaise with clearing/delivery agents
Coordinate container arrivals and export loading with the warehouse
Monitor and update inventory information for 3PL‑managed stock

CHEP & Pallet Management
Process CHEP hire, transfer, and return transactions accurately

What You'll Bring
