We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality occupational rehabilitation services to our employer and insurer partners, helping individuals return to work and rebuild their confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload and collaborate with key stakeholders
Conduct face‑to‑face and remote assessments
Deliver wellness programs and pre-employment assessments
Attend case conferences and client meetings
Provide single services, assessments, and mental health programs
Work collaboratively on joint cases within a multidisciplinary team
Contribute to larger projects such as injury prevention initiatives and job dictionary development

You Will Bring

Experience in occupational rehabilitation (highly regarded but not essential if otherwise stated)
Robust relationship‑building skills with clients, employers, and insurers
Current registration with (AHPRA / ESSA)
