Express Employment is currently working with a well-established air compressor manufacturing company based in Silverwater.
Due to an increase in production, we are seeking experienced Storepeople with a forklift licence to join their growing team.
This is a hands-on warehouse all-rounder role involving forklift operation, order picking, packing, stock control and general warehouse duties.
A temp-to-permanent chance is available for the right person.
Hours: Mon - Thurs 7.30am - 4pm, Fri 7.30am - 2pm
Pay Rate: $34.96/h
Your duties will include
Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks and containers
Receiving and checking incoming stock
Picking orders using paper pick slips
Using strapping machine to strap pallets and prepare items for despatch
Completing general manual handling and all-rounder warehouse duties
To be successful, you must have
MUST HAVE Valid LF Forklift Licence *minimal forklift experience required
Storeperson or warehouse experience is highly preferred
Physically Fit - Lifting up to 25kg
Your own reliable transport
Positive attention to detail and a solid focus on safety
A positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever required
MUST BE an Australian Citizen or Perm Resident!
