Based in Arndell Park, we are looking for a Transport Allocator with experience to join our team. This is a full time (in office) permanent role.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-plan transport routes and schedules to meet client requirements
Coordinate daily pickups and deliveries across FCL, LCL, and Airfreight
Supervise and support all daily transport activities
Update client contacts and delivery information
Resolve delivery issues and delays
Oversee DAWR (AQIS) and BMSB processes, including fumigation compliance




Validate transport invoices and carrier charges before payment
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Manage service schedules for 3 company vehicles

Your Experience and Skills
Minimum 1 year experience in international freight forwarding and/or transport allocation
Familiarity with port logistics, container transport, and AQIS/DAWR requirements
Experience in using EDI/CargoWise (Port Transport Module)
Self motivated and able to work in a team setting
Robust attention to detail
Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
