Typical Duties Include
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits.
Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
Maintain high store presentation standards, including merchandising displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully replenished at all times.

The Successful Candidate Will Ideally Have




Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
A desire to achieve sales targets.
You should enjoy customer service as much as making sales.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
The ability to obtain an ASIC pass which includes background checks.
Flexible Availability (Weekdays and Weekends).
