Implement and administer recent storage infrastructure installations, including firmware and software upgrades for the supported systems.
Perform data recovery activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide effective solutions to problems of varying scope and complexity.
Carry out backup tapes management (keeping records of all archived backups for tracking and recovery).
Monitor and report on capacity usage, analyse relevant documentation, and contribute to IT support process and policy development.
Ensure adherence to security requirements, processes, and procedures, delivering high-quality IT support services that meet regulatory and technical standards. Requirements
