We are seeking a motivated and reliable Casual Fitter/Machinist to join our team. This role has a strong emphasis on machining, with a variety of workshop and field-based work across different locations.
About the Role
Duties will include:
General machining using manual machine tools.
Fitting and maintenance work on a range of industrial equipment.
In office repairs and installations at customer locations.
Fabrication and general workshop duties as required.
Delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Trade qualification as a Fitter/Machinist (or equivalent).
Current Australian driver’s licence.
Strong machining skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work autonomously and manage your workload effectively.
A proactive attitude and robust problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and following all safety procedures.
