Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational institution.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: REQUIRED
Licensure from the Florida Department of Health in Speech-Language Pathology as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A).
Valid State Driver’s License.
