Overview The Technical Business Analyst supports HR Transformation initiatives by translating business requirements into reporting solutions, data migration specifications, and technical documentation. The role ensures accurate, secure, and high-quality workforce data and reporting outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document reporting and data migration requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications, data models, and reporting logic.
Define data mappings, transformation rules, validation criteria, and reconciliation processes.
Produce reporting specifications and support report design, testing, and validation.
Analyse HR data structures including employee, position, organisational, payroll, time, and workforce management data.
Support data migration activities, including data quality assessment, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.




Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

Skills & Experience
Robust Technical Business Analyst experience with a focus on Reporting and/or Data Migration.
Proven ability to document complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Experience defining data mappings, business rules, and reporting requirements.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Experience working with HR, payroll, workforce management, or enterprise HR systems.

Desirable
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
Exposure to HR Transformation, HCM, or workforce management projects.
