Intermediate Accountant | Mid North Coast, NSW | Hybrid

Open to Part-time or Full-time

A well-established, close-knit accounting practice on the NSW Mid North Coast is looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join their team.

This is a genuinely client-facing role working across a mixed portfolio of business, high-wealth and SMSF clients, with real exposure to advisory work alongside compliance. You'll be supported by a small, team-oriented team while building toward greater autonomy.

What you'll bring:
2 to 4 years' experience in public practice
Working toward or holding CA/CPA (not essential, capability and rapport matter more than the letters)
Confidence working directly with clients
A collaborative, personable approach, this team values fit as much as technical skill
