Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients to understand their lending needs and financial goals.
Provide tailored lending solutions across a range of residential loan products.
Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients.
Manage the loan process from initial enquiry through to settlement.
Liaise with lenders, solicitors,
real estate agents and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Prepare and submit loan applications while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and responsible lending obligations.
Proactively follow up opportunities and maintain a solid pipeline of business.
Deliver exceptional customer service, generating repeat business and client referrals.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous mortgage broking experience (this role is not suited to entry-level brokers).
Holds or is working towards a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
Is motivated, driven and passionate about achieving results.
Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Is organised and able to manage multiple clients and applications simultaneously.
Is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Is eager to continue developing their career within a high-performing business.
