Senior Project Engineer - Network Security – Cube Networks

The Opportunity

As a Senior Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions across Cube’s core domains — Networking, Security and Data Centre. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to deliver high-quality, technically sound outcomes while maintaining solid communication and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, validation, and delivery of enterprise-grade technology solutions.
Conduct client workshops, develop detailed and as-built documentation, and provide technical leadership across projects.
Build and implement solutions in accordance with scope, timelines, and budget.
Provide Level 3 support and post-implementation troubleshooting.
Ensure all project documentation, risk logs, and handover materials are maintained and accurate.
Partner with Account and Project Managers to support presales activities including solution design, pricing estimates, and Statement of Work preparation.
Present technical roadmaps and recommendations that align to client strategy.
Identify opportunities for new business and solution enhancement.

Governance & Commercial




Contribute to service revenue and utilisation targets through effective project delivery.
Peer-review Statements of Work, budgets, and technical scopes to ensure commercial accuracy.
Escalate risks and potential budget overruns as required.

Leadership & Development
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to project engineers and consultants.
Support capability development, including new service offerings and vendor alignment.
Drive knowledge sharing and technical excellence across the delivery team.

What You’ll Bring
5–10 years’ experience delivering enterprise technology projects across Networking, Security, Cloud, or Collaboration settings.
Systems integrator or enterprise background with hands‑on project delivery experience.
Robust documentation, stakeholder engagement, and troubleshooting skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE , Palo Alto PCNSE , Aruba , Fortinet or Juniper highly regarded.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with international teams.
