About the Prospect

A mixed billing family owned practice in the Newborough area is needing a part time general practitioner to replace a registrar who is leaving the clinic early next year. Established for over 30 years they have an enormous patient base ready for the incoming GP who will build up their clientele in no time! Based in a DPA location this position is open to unrestricted doctors, and VR or Non-VR GPs who are still completing their moratorium. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with minor surgery such as iron infusions, skin cancer and the removal and insertion of contraceptive devices as there is high demand for such procedures particularly with the senior GPs. Other services sought out at the clinic include heart and lung function tests,



children and men's health, end of life care for patients with terminal conditions, health assessments for specific age groups and minority groups, inoculations, gynaecological issues, dressings, ear wax removal, care plans, ear wax removal and TeleHealth. Essential Criteria:
MBBS or equivalent
Must have a current and valid AHPRA GENERAL /SPECIALIST registration
FRACGP qualified
