Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
Schedule vehicle service appointments and manage bookings.
Prepare accurate repair orders and explain recommended services.
Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs.
Process invoices and payments while maintaining accurate records.
Build strong customer relationships and deliver a positive service experience.

What We're Looking For




Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (automotive experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Good computer skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
A current driver's licence is preferred.
