About the role:

As a Lighthouse Support Worker, you'll work one-on-one with NDIS participants to support them in achieving their individual goals - including community access and personal care. This is a casual role with adaptable schedule.

What you'll be doing
Providing personalised support and assistance with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
Accompanying and supporting clients to access community resources and participate in recreational and social activities




Advocating for client rights and ensuring their needs are met with empathy and respect
Collaborating with allied health specialists and other support staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintaining detailed case notes and records in line with organisational and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Right to work in Australia
