About the role:

This is an entry-level position supporting our team, with involvement in day-to-day administrative tasks to help keep projects and client interactions running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:
Assisting the sales team with client enquiries and appointment coordination
Supporting preparation of estimates, documentation, and client selections
Providing general administrative support across the office as required
Assisting with document management, printing, and presentation materials
Learning about construction processes, materials, and finishes




Helping ensure a smooth and skilled client experience from first contact through to handover

We’re looking for someone who:
Has solid communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Is organised, reliable, and willing to take initiative
Enjoys working in a team and contributing wherever needed
Has good attention to detail and is comfortable using email and basic systems
Quick learner & can think on their feet

It would be great if you also have:
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or real estate would be advantageous
An interest in property, design, or construction
