We are partnering with a leading Tier 2 civil contractor that has secured a major package of works on a landmark $3B data centre project in Western Sydney.

With works now underway, we are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join the delivery team across key civil scopes including earthworks, piling, and roadworks.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key site leadership role on one of Sydney's most high-profile infrastructure projects, offering long-term stability and career progression.

The Role:
Supervise day-to-day site operations across civil work packages
Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and site crews
Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
Monitor productivity, quality, and site performance
Work closely with Engineers and the Project Manager to drive outcomes

About You:




Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on infrastructure projects
Robust background in earthworks, piling, or road construction
Experience working for Tier 1, Tier 2, or reputable Tier 3 contractors
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Solid focus on safety and quality
