Paddington Food Hall is a busy neighborhood supermarket looking for a reliable and motivated Supervisor to join our team. This role suits someone who is hands-on, enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, and is comfortable taking responsibility for day-to-day store operations and leading staff on shift.

What we are looking for:

A current NSW RSA and previous experience in a supermarket or grocery retail setting are essential. You should be practical, dependable, and comfortable working both on the shop floor and in a supervisory capacity.

Key Responsibilities: This role is a mix of hands-on retail work and shift supervision, including:




Running day-to-day store operations and check-out areas
Supporting customer service across the team
Re-stocking shelves and maintaining store presentation
Receiving deliveries and unpacking pallets
Helping ensure smooth store operations throughout the day

As you settle into the role, you may also be responsible for:
Stock ordering and basic inventory tasks
Supervising and supporting staff on shift
Acting as Duty Manager during trading hours
