About the Role

As the first point of contact for our Service Department, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your day will include:
Greeting and welcoming customers into the dealership
Managing service enquiries via phone and email
Creating and maintaining service bookings




Providing administrative support to the Service Department
Assisting customers both face-to-face and over the phone
Managing reception duties and incoming calls
Supporting customer satisfaction initiatives and departmental KPIs

What We’re Looking For
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
Able to multitask and problem-solve in a busy setting
Eager to learn and build a long-term career in the automotive industry

To Be Considered

Applicants must have
A valid Police Clearance issued within the last three months
Full Australian working rights
A current Australian Driver’s Licence
