We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team in Bunbury WA.
Whether you’re an experienced Parts Interpreter or come from a mechanical, workshop, or trade background, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
This is a hands-on, quick-paced role where no two days are the same, and your contribution directly helps keep our customers on the road.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and via email
Interpret and source truck and trailer parts
Process sales, orders, credits, and invoices
Use systems and parts catalogues to find accurate solutions
Support warehouse operations including dispatch and stock control
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked showroom
Work closely with your team to ensure smooth daily operations
