Role Description We are looking for an exceptional Studio Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Elossa Fitness Corrimal. This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of our studio — you will lead and develop our team, manage rosters, drive membership growth and profitability, and ensure our studio operates to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

· Experience: 2+ years in a studio, gym, allied health, management role.

· People leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.

· Member focus: A genuine passion for working with older adults and an understanding of their unique needs, motivations and goals.

· Communication: Warm, transparent communicator.

· Professionalism: High integrity, discretion, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

BACKGROUND and QUALIFICATIONS

· Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology.

· Ideally 2+ years post-graduate and/or skilled experience in a management/team leader role.

· Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR Certificate

· ESSA accreditation
