About The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our energetic team. In this full-time role at either their Brisbane or Gold Coast office, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and developing strong relationships with their business clients. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Achieving a minimum of 30+ current mobile CTNs each month
Cross-selling a broad range of telecommunications products
Developing and executing strategies to win recent business clients
Managing and responding to all incoming lead generation enquiries
Following VBC’s proven sales processes,

The successful candidate will have:
1+ years of proven sales and business development results
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer‑first approach with a focus on client needs
Collaborative mindset with self‑driven initiative
