Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Bar Attendant to work with our banquets team and deliver exceptional beverage service across our conferences, weddings, functions and special events.

Working in a dynamic events setting, you’ll provide professional bar service, create memorable guest experiences and support the successful delivery of high-quality events within our 5-star hotel.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver friendly and effective bar service across events, functions and special occasions.
Prepare and serve a range of beverages including cocktails, wines, spirits and beers.
Set up and pack down event bars, ensuring all areas are presented to a high standard.
Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar throughout service.
Work closely with the Events and Food & Beverage teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Provide skilled and engaging service while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Support beverage stock requirements and event preparation.
