Aruma is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to deliver accurate, compliant end-to-end payroll services across our organisation. You will collaborate with the People and Payroll teams and external agencies to ensure timely processing and adherence to Australian awards and legislation.
You'll manage weekly and fortnightly pay runs, handle recent starters, terminations, superannuation, and reporting, while guiding junior staff and driving process improvements.
