Reporting to the F&B; Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Providing friendly and professional F&B; service with utmost efficiency and attention to detail.
Providing our guests with exceptional customer service, ensuring their expectations are always met.
Collaborating with customers and kitchen staff to ensure service times are adhered to.
Proficiency in systems, maintaining control of restaurant and bistro service equipment, and conducting regular stock takes.
Training and developing floor staff with a focus on delivering an excellent guest experience.
Operating within the Club guidelines and Dooleys Management Policies.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an ambitious, multi-skilled, and proactive team member with experience in the following:
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
Previous F&B; supervisory experience (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication skills.
Table service and counter service experience.
Current or ability to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) competency card.
