Based at our Dandenong South Plant as a Mixer Operator, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality batches that form the foundation of our iconic products. You will be responsible for following recipes, operating mixing equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement activities.

How You Will Contribute
Safely operate and maintain mixing equipment in line with AM (Autonomous Maintenance) standards.
Accurately follow mixing recipes and production schedules to deliver consistent product quality.
Monitor equipment performance, complete checks, and carry out routine maintenance.
Support root‑cause analysis, breakdown elimination, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

What You Will Bring




Experience in operating food manufacturing or mixing equipment (preferred).
Robust attention to detail with a focus on food safety and quality.
Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions and recipes.
Teamwork mindset and willingness to learn.

Job Details
Schedule: Shift-based role – Night shift.
Location: Dandenong South Plant.
Normal Hours: 38 hours per week.
Job type: Regular, Manufacturing core.
