Overview

Guma-Warnii Resources is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor for a 3 month contract with a major WA utility provider, based in contemporary offices near the Perth CBD. Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will deliver proactive, end-to-end talent acquisition services in a fast-paced workplace, attracting and securing top talent across a large and diverse workforce.

What You Will Be Doing
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle autonomously
Running job briefs with Hiring Managers to shape solid shortlists
Scheduling interviews and coordinating selection activity
Building diverse sourcing strategies for current and future roles
Resolving recruitment challenges with practical solutions
Contributing to continuous improvement across the team

What You Will Bring
Proven recruitment experience across blue or white collar roles
Regional recruitment exposure highly regarded
Strong grasp of current recruitment and selection methods




Confident sourcing via LinkedIn and Seek Talent Search
Experience with recruitment systems; SuccessFactors is a bonus
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
Certificate or Diploma in HR or Psychology highly regarded

Duration: 3 months
Hours: 38 per week
Rate: $64.34 per hour
Location: Perth, close to CBD with parking and public transport nearby

Shortlisted candidates will complete a drug and alcohol screen, police clearance, two reference checks, qualification checks and right to work verification.
