An incredible opportunity has become available to work in our team of highly motivated professionals. We are seeking a dedicated person to join our growing team in the role of a Dental Receptionist/dental assistant on part time/casual basis for 3 days /week.
The Role
You will be the first impression for our Practice, so the ability to engage with our valued patients is imperative. You will have impressive levels of customer care, while working closely with our team.
You will stand out from the pack, by having knowledge of excellent customer service , and you will have a proven track record of being able to help customers receive the type of service that they need. Experience in dental/health field will be a distinct advantage.
What are we looking for?
Ability to work across reception and occasionally chair side as dental assistant.( Training will be given).
Customer care skills and the ability to make our patients feel welcomed.
Excellent telephone manner and the ability to work in a quick paced Practice.
Sound computer literacy skill Including word, excel ability to work with practice management software.
