Ulti-Mech is growing in Newman, and we are looking for a driven and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

This is a outstanding prospect for someone with automotive industry experience who enjoys working with customers, coordinating workshop activity, and supporting a busy service operation. The role is available on a FIFO 3:1 roster from Perth or residential in Newman.

About the Role

As the Service Advisor, you will be a key link between our customers and workshop team, helping ensure jobs are booked, communicated, and completed efficiently while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Liaise with customers, management, and technical staff
Accurately communicate customer requirements and concerns to the workshop
Manage the daily inflow of repair orders and invoicing
Identify opportunities to upsell additional work and advise customers on future maintenance requirements
Order parts and coordinate customer bookings
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Support the day-to-day operation of the workshop




Assist the team in meeting KPIs and sales targets
Maintain sound knowledge of products and services
Help keep a clean, qualified environment for staff and customers

Skills and Experience
Previous experience in an automotive service centre or similar role
Proven sales ability within the automotive industry
Strong understanding of workshop processes and customer requirements
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong customer service focus
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Good leadership and team support skills
Current C-Class driver’s licence
