HungryPanda Ltd 熊猫外卖 is seeking an in-house Legal Counsel to support Australia and Recent Zealand. You will work closely with Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, HR and Risk to provide practical legal advice and manage risk on a broad range of matters.
You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on consumer privacy, employment, IP and regulatory issues, and help drive governance and compliance across the business. Mandarin language skills are a plus for regional collaboration.
