Lead the day-to-day operations of our thriving community-based early learning service in Darwin, NT. Reporting to the Management Committee and working closely with our Business Manager, you will ensure high-quality education, regulatory compliance, team development, and continuous improvement.
Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality education, care, and regulatory compliance.
Coach, mentor, and develop educators and emerging leaders within the team.
Manage staffing, rosters, enrolments, operational budgets, and overall centre performance.
Drive quality improvement initiatives to maintain engaging, safe, and well-resourced learning environments.
Build positive relationships with families, the Management Committee, and the wider community.

Could This Be You?
Hold at least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
Demonstrate leadership experience as an Assistant Director, 2IC, Educational Leader, or similar.
Maintain robust knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF legislation.
Possess a current Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card), or the ability to obtain prior to commencement.
Hold current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or the ability to obtain).
